On 17 June called from the Yellow Pages a listting for a mobile trauck and trailer repair service about a mile from where I broke down.  The owner of the dispatch company said he needed an efs payment cause he had been scammed in the past and didn't want to buy the part and send a guy out with payment in advance.  Gave him an EFS money code for $680 which he cashed and never dispatched anyone for the repair.  He has listings in the yellow pages in Dallas and Lubbock under
