At first the SEOinc. salesman that i dealt with seemed professional, and I was drawn in by his charming personality and SEOinc.s clean record that they had never been sued before....but i was definitely taken....no need to look for scum at the bottom of that stale pond.....just type in your url: www.seoinc.com

My company was a customer of SEOinc, until recently, and decided with my attorney today to go forward with arbitration. We expressed to SEOINC., an interest in Mediation, but that doesn't appear like it is going to happen unless they change their mind. The contract that i signed was for 25k.....a small amount compared to the contracts that some of their bigger fish (customers) agree to. It is my opinion that SEOinc breached our agreement., but it is quite possible that the bigger fish are taken care of and my opinion that they did not value my business, possibly because i went the cheaper route.

In the beginning the Sales consultant told me that Google doesnt' allow Seo companies to make guarantees, but he did make an oral guarantee. That should have been the red flag right there. It is debateable that SEOinc. would or would not have delivered on its guarantee. Here are the facts: 1) I left primarily (though not solely) because i felt the quality of their content was incredibly poor and overly repetitive. I left because for $25K, what they wrote in their content was an insult to me. 2) Secondly, this content can be made available to ANYONE who requests it. The content and the facts speak for themselves. 3)Finally, SEOINC. never responded to the points I made in my final letter to them (which was a professional letter).....This letter is available to ANYONE who requests it, and i am more than happy to supply it. The letter details the issues i had with the company in more detail.

Finally if you're thinking about going with SEOINC. or any other SEO company, just ask yourself if traffic to your website is going to help you if the content makes you look like an idiot.

This situation between myself and SEO has been resolved amicably.  At the time I filed this report, the content that I received from SEO was only a first draft; however, our contract did include multiple drafts and further edits as part of the content writing process.  I did not move forward with additional drafts or edits which SEO was willing to do.  In addition, I would like to clarify that arbitration NOT mediation was the agreed upon venue for resolving disputes in the contract signed by both parties.  This matter was resolved prior to a formal demand for arbitration being filed
