Do not let this individual attempt to purchase anything from you with a payment plan! Especially not a vehicle!! He will put you through hell, present false income information, brake the payment contract and intentionally cause thousands of dollars worth if damage to your vehicle. . He kept using the excuse that he was paying for rent, however an agency paid his rent. He gambles. Instead of returning the vehicle he took it thousands of miles out of town and LEFT it there. Refused to bring it back. You cannot negotiate anything with this individual because he LIES and WILL walk over you!! He's cocky and rude!!! When the vehicle was regained, he had ripped the stick shift out, damaged the grill, put the wrong oil in it, tried to rip the DVD player out and much more damages.. Now I have to sue him. I tried to help him out, was patient and lenient and this is how he repays me!!!!

Started making payments toward the damage. He soon after got put out and needed a clean reputation. He stopped payments shortly after beginning. Couldn't afford anything. Child support from his mistresses and other lawsuits hit him. Just save yourselves the trouble.

He's since corrected the ENTIRE situation out of court and paid for all damages regardless of the new information he's presented that an auto garage in North Dakota is to blame. I spoke to the garage and they were very unprofessional and defensive . Either way, he took responsibility and took care of everything.
