Serge Butman Executive Director of Capstone Conference and Odyssey Events Group. Inc. is a
FRAUD person. He hire people from Free lancer sites, i.e. Guru and
Freelancer.com. Get his work done and then don't pay for the work. My
company has worked with him on his project, and it has been 10 months
he has not paid. On asking for payment, he continued to make excuses, I
have all those emails saved on my computer and can be provided to you
for your reference to make sure that he is a FRAUD person. He is always
looking to get his work done free, couple of other companies have made
same complaints against him. I am filing this report to tell everyone
about this Fraud Person so everyone be aware of Serge Butman, Executive
Director of Capstone Conference and Odyssey Events Group Inc. He is a fraud person, Do NOT
TRUST him on any cost. I have strong evidences against him, all his
emails and other stuff to support my claim that can be provided.
BE AWARE OF SERGE BUTMAN, He is FRAUD.
He has not paid for all the work we have done for him. If he had paid all his invoices, I would request him to submit his evidences and proofs that payment has been made. According to his statement the work was no good for him, why did he gave us more projects? I guess only an idiot will hire someone again and again if they are not producing quality results. The reason why he gave us more work is our quality services provided to him, I have supporting evidence in the form of his emails where he has praised our time and the work which can be provided to any of you interested to take a look at proofs. Our work was really good and this is the reason he hired us again.
He got all his work completed on time, even completed his work on urgent basis. We never refused to deliver him the work we have done for him, he got no evidence of that whereas we can prove that all the work has been delivered to him before the deadlines.
This man Serge Butman is a fraud and this is the reason now he has changed the name of his company and now operating with the name as Capstone Conference. After publishing this report I have been contacted by other people as well who are victims of this fraud Serge Butman. Soon, they will be submitting their reports as well.
I have got all the proofs and evidences, anyone want to look at them just email me and all the proofs will be provided to him. If he got evidence that he has cleared all his due invoices, I would request him to give proofs and show evidences of cleared invoices.

in addition as a rebuttal, I will provide emails and support letters of other freelancers, staff, participants at our conferences that will rebutt everything here. In addition, I will offer from a email marketing company a letter that 60% of this emails were not correct or were ficticious. Email me at serge@zalmangroup.com and I will provide this information.
In 4 years of using freelancers, I've employed approximately over 25 and I've had issues with 2. In 3 years of doing our conferences we've had over 4000 and less then 20 have complained about our refund policy.
I can provide letters from many freelancers and hundreds of delegates that will rebutt this.

Although it took time for me to pay this individual in the end I paid what he delivered and I have the Guru and paypal receipts for what was paid to this freelancer. It is unfortunate that one person can destroy anothers person reputation and nothing can be done about this. If I have to I will pay what this person wants but we can this extorsion and this is not right. You want proof that my side is true email me at serge@zalmangroup.com and I'll send you the payment receipts. This individual says that he has emails from me praising the work, true all this is true but when I actually tried to use the emails he provided much of it were wrong or no good at all and many were ficticious.
