Serhat akbas has a strong Turkish accent and is a smooth talker. Everyone beware. The guy does not pay his rent. He claims to be a high end car mechanic and what he does is works at a shop steals the used parts and installs them in side job cars he does work on. The guy is a thief.
He has not paid rent for multiple months and is a dead beat tenant that gives you bad checks that bounce or nothing at all

Hi, I am serhat..This is my answer to this ridiculous human being.The person who wrote that complaint about me is Frank dudas..He is complaining about me not paying rent..First of all there is no lease existing that I havent paid or refusing the pay..
This slam lord took my money for 3 months without providing me a lease. And ran me around saying today or tomorrow or I am busy etc. I remodel the place ,clean all the mold and bugs and fleas and broken appliances and the entire laundry room without getting a lease from this crook.
When i understand he is a slimy lying person I decided to check up on his name..and what I found..turns out he is one of the biggest resident of this application..There is numoreos complaints about him being a lying, calculating, thief and a slam lord..because of he knows that he couldnt even put his name on the complaint that he posted about me.
Anybody reads my answer just take a second of your life and search his name( Frank dudas) in the application and you will see and understand how sorry and bad of a person is he. So mr Frank, I do not owe you a penny.
.you owe me more than 3 months rent worth a remodeling coast and the 3 months rent I paid you.so shame on you to put ridiculous wrongful complaint against me on this application..God will handle you..

Konig Motorsport has nothing to do with this issue. Serhat was contracted for a brief period of time, Given his work ethic, his contract was ended.
We have been in business many years and take great pride in what we do. Customer satisfaction is number one. For us to insure a great experience for our customers we must make sure our team is number 1. We insure they are knowledgeable and professional individules. Mr. Akbas came highly recommended but did not meet our high standards and as I mentioned above was let go.
The situation mentioned on this report has nothing to do with the business as the issue was personal and did not invlove Konig Motorsport any way, shape or form.
