I paid for a vest for my son's service dog in December 2012. now in November 2013, it has yet to be delivered. I have called, sent emails, and even spoken with someone, but I still have neither a vest for my son's dog nor have I received a refund. I've never dealt with a company this inept. Do not order from these folks. Working service dog managed to deliver a vest in two weeks, so I'd suggest looking there for your service dog needs.
