A representative of Services Unlimited Plus came to the door of my home about 4 months ago. He claimed that he lived in the neighborhood and was going to college. He wanted to raise money to make a film about the local whales. He asked us to order some magazines to help him make his film.
My husband gave him $35 cash and ordered one magazine. We never received the magazine. I called their phone number and there was a recording stating that I called Subscription Services. I left a message and I never received a call back.

New Phone Number 1-800-536-4704!!

I found a new phone number for the company. The new number is 1-800-536-4704. I called this number and talked to Velda Daley. I explained that I ordered a magazine over 4 months ago and I have not received the magazine.
She looked up my order on the computer and she did have the information in her computer. She said that there was probably a disk error when she sent the information to the magazine company. She said it was probably the zip code. Sure enough, she read over my info and the zip code was incorret by one number. She assured me that I should start receiving the magazine in 6 to 8 weeks.
I informed her that I was aware of the problems people are having with this company. I told her that if I did not receive the magazines within 8 weeks, I would contact the BBB, and the Attorney Generals office in CA and AZ.
I will update this information as it progresses.
