Thanks to your website, I 've found that the $2980 check I received from Settlement Global Financial. New Westminster, BC. as an advance payment for a $95,000 lottery win is some sort of mail fraud identity theft.
Another writer has a letter with the same information as mine stating that to claim the winnings I would have to contact a Melissa Walters at 450-369-0061 within three weeks.
It's all very "official" looking especially the check drawn on Citizens Bank of Philadelphia, PA. Beware! If it seems to good to be true, it probably is.
