You are identifying the church as absconding with Trust Funds assigned to you.  If the funds were actually with the church, the church would generally not take possession unless they had full 100% control of those funds.  Unless there is a lot more involved to your story than what you've posted here, the church is not even going to take possession of your Trust Funds.

This means that your Trust is probably administered by people who happen to be members of the church, but not the church itself.  You need to contact a lawyer specializing in Trusts and Wills, or even call the police (though calling the police will not yield much).  My guess is that any challenge to what is going on is going to be paid for by the assets of the trust, which means even less for you as beneficiary if the trust has been handled properly.  On the other hand, if the trust has been mismanaged, you will be made right by the process.
