Sfmobile.com ripoff! debited my card immediately, a week later no product & I paid extra for Fed Ex! No return phone calls either! San Francisco California
*Consumer Comment: I've been buying off internet for 5 yrs w/out incident!
*Consumer Comment: One Question What were you doing
I placed a special order for the Navy totaling over $500 and paid extra for order to be Fed Ex'd and a week later, no product. I have called the company numerous times and they only have an answering machine and do not return their calls.
Hopefully anyone doing business with this company for the first time will see my report and others, and will not be taken advantage of like I was!
How are places like this allowed to continue to do business on the internet? Does anyone out there know who they can be reported to so they have to loose their web site?

I have been buying wholesale accessories off the internet for 6 years w/out incident. And yes, you have to use a credit card or debit card with most companies to pay in advance. If you have them send merchandise COD then they charge you alot more.
Since I am a retailer and buy wholesale and re-sell merchandise, eventhough I ordered the merchandise for the Navy, it was actually an order "I" placed, so I do not think it is a federal offense.
Yes, I have learned my lesson, and will in the future look up the company alittle closer and will use COD for the first order to be sure company is legit!

One Question What were you doing

What were you doing ordering $500 worth of cellular phones or accessories FOR THE NAVY from a company in San Francisco that had to be Fed Ex'd. I thought they had companies like that in CC and if it really was for THE NAVY and is a ripoff, that would make it a Federal Crime to be investigated by the NCIS or FBI. In the leader it says "debited my card" This post doesn't add up.
