Sgn Spinners Sign Spinners knowingly Breaks labor laws Tacoma, WA

I worked for Eddie Fernandez of Sign Spinners. My last day of work I was supposed to of showed up, but was making a police report. He called asked me why I was not clocked in, and  I said I forgot. I was in the middle of the report when he called so I clocked in as he instructed even tho I was not on the job at the time. 2 hours later he says client called why was I not there. I clocked out.

I told him about the police officer I was talking to he did not care he fired me. By Oregon State law he HAS to pay me by the next day. Well it now has been a week and Oregon State law states. Oregon (Or. Rev. Stat. § 652.140) Final check must be given by the end of the next business day.  He basicly does not care he is breaking Labor laws by the screenshot of the email he sent me which I added to the report. In it he asks me to take responsability when he himself cant be responsable enough to follow the labor laws. If this guy will rip off a employee out of his wages he will rip anyone off.
