I knew I was trying a trial period of 1 month and clicked the button not to auto renew. 30 days later, I had an automatic payment pulled from my account of $99.99.

When I closed my account, I did not read any information to the effect of, "Remember, as stated before cancelling your membership, that no refunds will be issued, either in full or for the unused portion of your membership."

I responded to this company with an e-mail (there is no phone number given) with my displeasure of there unethical policy.

Similar thing happened to me! They ILLEGALLY charged my account TWICE!!

These people are obviously scammers.

First, was the autorenewal issue.
I specifically declined auto renewal.

Then I disputed the charge on my credit card and requested cancellation.

They FOUGHT the dispute and REFUSED to cancel!!

Now, THREE months later, I open my credit card statement today and they charged me TWICE for $19.99!!

Not once, but TWICE!!

The best part is, they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE phone#!!
You CANNOT actually speak to anyone.

"Customer Service" is by email only!

If you are thinking of giving these creeps your credit card #, THINK AGAIN!
RUN FAST!
