Mr. Wolfgang Rosenlehner of Fario Gmbh, Munch-Germany is Blackmailing and spoiling the reputation of our company without any reason.
He purchased instruments cost about 6000 Euro during 2007-2008 and we have stocked his desired instruments +packing material + cards worth than 20000 Euro. How we can cheat him. Last time we wrote him on 16-04-2009 that we were willing to give him replacement (Free of Cost) if our instruments were bad in quality whether we are sure that instruments are not bad in quality. He never replied us on this issue until today.
Even he never paid freight for the last shipment cost Euro:500 for DHL whether the shipping term was FOB. He wrote us that the shipment has been to USA whether he released the same shipment after one hour. He suggest us not to pay Freight charges and sue against the DHL. I have his email proof.
