Owner and employees are untrained groomers. On my first visit there my dog was cut and hidden in the back so that I would not know what had just happened. The establishment is filthy and smells of chemicals and urine. DO NOT RISK THE HEALTH AND WELLFARE OF YOUR PET HERE!

We believe this is from a competitor and want this User to provide proof of service from our Pet Salon. We have never harmed an animal in our salon and then "hide" them in the back or failed to inform an owner of ANY situation with their animals. Our pet salon is cleaned after every grooming as we believe in the safety and security of all our animals and all groomers are highly trained.
Since it is our belief that this is a competitor using the Ripoff Report site to try to damage our reputation, we have full rights to ask for proof that this person used our services. If a future customer sees this report, please don't take this report serious...we have many many happy customers, most all our business comes from referrals.
