Herein is a complaint filed against Shane P. Demirjian. A report has been presented to the Henderson Police Dept. on account of Title 15 Chapter 205 NRS 205.0832 9 (f) Theft of Services .
Additionally, Martini, Hughes and Grossman has been contracted to settle pending grievances. As a result of our investigation Mr. Demirjian has a history of activity that is gravely affecting local citizens, corporations and everyone who engages with him.
In addition to our lawsuit... Mr. Shane Demirjian has a long list of additional affected parties including:

- Shane Demirjian Vs Patrick J Morris
- Shane Demirjian Vs las Vegas Motion Pictures, Inc.
Mr. Shane Demirjian is running rampant and is current attempting to sell Vehicles, Lease Buildings and likely laundering money, which IRS will be investigating as we continue to gather and share information. Dept of Labor has also been reached on account of people he hires, and then refuses to pay for their labor.
A complaint has also been filed with the State of Nevada Dept. of Business and Industry Nevada Consumer affairs on 07/26/2024.

Shane Demirjian is operating under the names Baron Automobiles and Carlisle Properties, but likely has already changed his DBA names now that his shady businesses are under investigation.
