Sharon Pratt is preying on the sick. In or about February 2011, Sharon Pratt, Broker and Agent Allison ????? talked one of their elderly, sick clients into selling his and her home for $50k below market value. She, Sharon Pratt, co-listed the property, with Allison????.

They sold the property in two days to one of Sharon's agents sister. Collusion???? Fraud??? Insider trading???? Worse!!!! They are now suing the owner, who is ill, for their house!!!! Wow!!!! Do not do business with Sharon Pratt or Riverbend Remax!!!!

The post is coming from someone "who has a friend", not first hand knowledge, take the source into account. Being in the business, if you want to sell your home quick, you have to price it below what the market states it is worth because there is so much out there for sale & very few buyers. The final point, the sellers did not have to accept the lower price if they didn't want to. I have worked with Sharon before & she is a very honest person that will tell it to you straight!
