 Shaun Edward Lee stole tens of thousands of dollars from me in the form of back pay, expense reimbursements and interest and financing charges. I was dumb enough to believe this compulsive liar. Don’t make the same mistakes I did. If you find yourself doing business with him, run. He is a cheater and a thief. Don’t, under any circumstances, trust him. He will steal from you like he stole from me and countless others. Watch out for the fact that he rents rooms, pays for everything in cash,

never drives his own car, will constantly tell you how honest or trustworthy is (straight shooter), lies about his past and his net worth, and tries to get other people to put their names on anything legally binding. His credit is destroyed after years of repossessions and civil lawsuits. stole $1,000,000. This is 100% completely false. The facts clearly show that
the company Mr. Lee worked for launched a lawsuit for overcharging of
construction costs by over $700,000 and a Pennsylvania Court reduced the amount
owed to $1,000,000. During this time Mr. Lee had no access or signing ability
to the company bank accounts. As per the agreement payments to the credit line
have continued to this day. This after factual documented proof to settle by
Mr. Lees associated firm to settle for months before launching the lawsuit.

This report makes claims of criminal Judgments in GA. This report and
this writer should get their facts straight. Any all issues have been resolved
in Mr. Lees favor including several dismissals for completely false and wrong
accusations. This includes joint custody of his son every time false
accusations were brought against him, settling of Child Support in Mr. Lees
favor, and several false criminal accusations.

Edward Lee. Mr. Lee has requested and been granted restraining orders against

in several courts must now prove these issues again to an Arbitrator and pay

Mr. Lee will be taking all available action against the authors, who posted

The author of this Rip-off report dated November 2, 2009 was deemed to be an ex-employee of Element Service, Inc. by the Superior Court of Los Angeles. This report was a violation of an existing restraining order previously granted to Mr. Shaun Edward Lee by the Honorable Judge John L. Mason, case#YS018911. From the posting of this exact report, Judge John L. Mason granted an additional 3 year restraining order against this person. The individual was then charged for this violation on criminal charges by the Assistant District Attorney of Los Angeles.
 
This individual has no less than six (6) previous restraining orders against her. She passed through a background check by using a false Social Security number. This has been verified as fact. This employee was terminated for rude and unruly behavior, miss-use of cell phones and a variety other problem issues from Element Service, Inc. This miss-use included over 100 calls to her boyfriend at the time from 5:00 PM in the evening till 11:00 PM and possession of two additional company phones. This termination required the El Segundo Police Department to respond to her violent actions on the premises of Element Service, Inc. She was then removed.

The harassment by this individual included repeatedly harassing contractors, sub-contractors and the Contractors License Board of California lead to the company, despite repeated verifiable attempts of continuing, of halting operations. Many people eventually lost their jobs due to this harassment. Numerous false suits were filed by this individual and all were dismissed by the Courts.

Mr. Shaun Edward Lee has never been investigated, implicated, arrested, and or charged with any fraud, con or scam in any state.

No vehicles were repossessed from Mr. Shaun Edward Lee. Mr. Shaun Edward Lee has not used any unsuspecting credit of any individual. No complaint has ever been made of this.

The author of this report had no real information about the merger of Element Service, Inc. and Utili-Source.

The information in this report or blog was deemed to be false and the Court issued a direct order to remove any and all blogs from the internet. Any and all sites have respected this Court Order except the Rip-off Report. Currently Element Service, Inc. is owed over $800,000 from two bonding companies from non-payment by General Contractors for work performed as these Contractors believed they could avoid payment due to these false reports. In both cases the owner, Los Angeles Unified School District found in favor of Element Service, Inc. and Mr. Shaun Edward Lee. Currently Mr. Shaun Edward Lee is continuing to recover the funds from these entities to offset the problems caused by the ex-employee.

Last Mr. Shaun Edward Lee has maintained a website openly displaying the Rip-off Report information over the last several years and exactly how to contact him directly.
