Whoever is writing these reports about Shauna is border line nuts. I have hired her a number of times for different cases and she has been great. Shauna is not a liar by any means. She's actually one of the most honest and upfront people you will ever meet. If any judge found out an attorney was lying under oath in the court of law that judge would have that attorney removed and disbarred which obviously didn't happen.

Some of the language I have seen in the reports are childish like a 6 year old wrote them. Like I said, my experience with Shauna was great. She did her job, and did it very well. I would take these reports with a grain of salt.

I want to thank you Angelina for bringing attention to my law firm, as being at the top of the search engines actually helps my business!  I am an advocate for my clients to ensure that they are represented to the fullest. I thank anyone reading this for the time you spent and encourage you to do some research into my past in order to develop a fair and honest opinion of my experience and the services which my firm offers. I would also like to note that this complaint pertains to busienss issues, not consumer issues and this is the wrong website!     

This review is not even from my client but from her daughter who is also an employee, who are not informed or included in the legal process by her MOM/ BOSS, not me.  I am so sorry that she feels helpless in her employment/familial situation to the point of taking out her frustration on me.  In the case of a lawsuit, I am called in AFTER the battle is started, it is not my battle.  I do my very best for the client, I do not control the outcome and there are many variables.  Blaming me for the damages in this case is like blaming the first responders for the 911 attack.  Another example is refusing to pay the Vet after treatment, just because the cat died.  Afterall the cat was already sick when you brought it to the Vet!  Likewise, in this case I had nothing to do with the problems leading up to the lawsuits, I was called in for tiage.

Angelina at least you used your real name.  I am actually impressed that you would spend so much time on your mom’s legal situation.   I have a flawless record over 27 years as an attorney, the only complaints arising from representing this particular client in a very complex and personally nasty litigation, which is still on-going.

I would not advise any client to lie, or lie under oath, and I have never lied to opposing legal counsel or a Judge.  This is perjury and against the law.  As a point of clarification, I was never reprimanded by any Judge for making a misrepresentation of any kind.  As there are ongoing lawsuits relating to these matters Angelina references, she should not be stating that she or my client lied, in fact she should not be making any statements as they can be used against your employer and the business as an admission against interest.  Angelina, you are a foolish girl.

Your exaggerations belie your inexperience and frustration, clearly as you do not have a platform to vent your frustrations and helplessness, you feel the need to direct them to me.  This is probably why your mother/boss can not trust you with busienss decisions.  I feel sorry for you and your desperate cry for help.

It is unfortunate that you choose to use the same venue RipOff Report to attempt to harass me and adversely impact my reputation, which is the same site used against your mother to harm her reputation and caused her such anguish.  It is shameful.  It's also ridiculous that you think you can harm my reputation, as my clients are busienss owners and they do not follow the ranting of a young inexperienced, uneducated woman like you.
