All through the house, not a creature was stirring, except for “Alexa” who had nothing better to do Christmas Eve but harass a lawyer.  I think we can all agree that is pretty pathetic and I hope you got a coal in your stocking.  This is especially shameful as you hold yourself out to be a "Christian."

I am stunned that you would express so much interest in a legal situation at any time, especially on a Holy Holiday.   I have a flawless record over 27 years as an attorney.  I am an advocate for my clients to ensure that they are represented to the fullest. I thank anyone reading this for the time you spent and encourage you to do some research into my past in order to develop a fair and honest opinion of my experience and the services which my firm offers.

This review is not even that of the client but of family members or employees, who are not informed or included in the legal process by their BOSS, not me.  I am so sorry that they feel helpless in their employment/familial situation to the point of taking out their frustration on me.  In the case of a lawsuit, I am called in AFTER the battle is started, it is not my battle.  I do my very best for the client, I do not control the outcome and there are many variables.  Blaming me for the damages is like blaming the first responders for the 911 attack.  It is shameful.

I want to assure you and my client that I would NEVER reveal any client confidentiality, even if you choose to tell stories, however for matters disclosed in court pleadings these are public record and I can comment on these items.  It is unfortunate that you choose to use the same venue RipOff Report to attempt to harass me and adversely impact my reputation, which is the same site used against your mother to harm her reputation and caused her such anguish.  It is shameful.

I can understand that it would be confusing for you as these are very complex legal matters.  Lawsuits are time intensive, expensive ventures, of which I fully advised my client and they proceeded accordingly.  I assure you that I was not fired, that I have never refunded monies and that I have never over-charged.  If anything I provide generous discounts to my clients as an accommodation to them. 

Finally, I do not understand why you would bring my daughter into this conversation.  This and your typos leads me to believe that you are about age 18 - 19.  I am financially supporting my daughter and you should be ashamed of yourself trying to destroy my business.  You are what is called a “frenemy”  (a friend who is actually an enemy), because you set out to destroy your friends lives.  Fortunately my clients are business owners and parents, and they do not really care about the desperate ranting of a teen-age girl.
