Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Avoid doing any business with Shawn Grajeda and his company I.E flips. He has ripped people off of thousands of dollars. I invested thousands of dollars with him for a 90 day contract and it's now months over due. He is VERY unprofessional and has every excuse in the book why he can't pay me. He even blamed back child support he owes through a court judgement as to why he can't pay me. Its all Bill though. He simply doesn't want to pay. He keeps saying he has my check, then he flames and avoids me for weeks. Investing with him has been a nightmare. I will now sue him and let everybody know what a scam he is so they don't have to go through this. KEEP YOUR MONEY FROM HIM.

Eugene Shay. Maybe if you din't rob me by filing a mechanics lien even though your not a contractor on one of my AMAZING flips. I would have be able to pay my best friend back. Maybe if you didn't cheat me out of a investments I bought you to joint venture on, then I would have the ablity to pay more of the debt I've BEEN paying back. I've been making things right with everyone, one person at a time. I had a feeling you were gonna screw me over that the house you got for $160,000 and has a resale of $550,000!!! What do you got to say for your self on that investment?

Maybe if your didn't rip me off on the 11750 DALEHURST RD MORENO VALLEY, CA 92555 property I can actually pay off who deserve to get their money back. You filed a declaration against me in court and failed to mention all the money you have made. I bought you an investment on 1265 KENDALL DR APT 2012 SAN BERNARDINO, CA 92407 you made $100,000 on and hold $250,000 of profit on the moreno valley deal. Maybe you should be the one in court for breach of contract, slander and false accusations. You robbed my friend Steve of $50,000!

Christopher Shawn Grajeda did the same to me. He is a scam. He is actvely involved in Real Estate and flipping properties, and robs Peter to pay Tom so to speak. however as of this date, his Real Estate license is restrictive. So he is doing business without his license. If you would like to join in and help go after him, please reply to this email. I guess he is currently being sued, and has ripped off 10 others.
