I found my own buyer for my condo after I used this realtor for four months. He only found three buyers and two turned down the offers and counter offers. I took my condo off the market and happened to find a buyer by accident. She did not want to use a realtor. I thought by calling this realtor to help me find a title company it would be an easy transaction. It wasn't. He called a title company, I never was told what the fees were on the transaction and the title company contacted me two weeks before closing to say they are getting ahold of the realtor.

Then a couple days before closing I get paperwork from the title company on all these fees I have to pay! No phone calls or emails or text from my realtor to let me know what's going on ahead of time. I read over his fee and it's $7,170 for doing hardly anything! In the meantime he's bragging on a FB about how much new stuff he's bought, new house, new bbq pit and grill, new race car engine on a Jag, new boat!

He dropped his fee to 5% and I'm left holding the bag and not hardly having enough money to buy my little house. The extra money was for my husband and mine retirement. My husband is on social security disability and we get ripped off like this. He's very verbal abusive by email and has no heart. He's very cold. He's very greedy. Buyer and Seller Beware!
