Only having the vehicle for 2 weeks and being screwed when the battery goes on a Friday night? Leaving a mother stranded with her kid? All weekend? And miss work on Monday to have the jeep towed from the store to Shawnee? I bought a battery so I wasn't stranded- and any service advisor would go above and beyond to help the customer out. But. Not yours. You know what this guy told me? I have mental problems and he ain't giving me sh*t. ï¿½ first off. Find another way to insult your customers.
