Okay just to clear up any confusion, what this so called "advertizing agency" did for Scott was drop off some plastic phone book covers.  I have no earthly idea how this could be useful, unless they were attached to actual phonebooks, then dropped off at everyones house in Jacksonville.  Still no answer on the name of the business that provided these services either.  Moral to the story, what the heck good is that?   

Please forgive my spelling error, I meant to type advertising, not advertizing.  One final word on this matter.  What is the name of Scott's accuser, I know If someone ripped me off I would have no problem listing my company name and credentials.  That is unless I was working for a busines that I knew wasn't operating above board.  I should know, Ive worked for some pretty shady restaurants and collections agencys.  I guess this is their last hurrah, before going down with a sinking ship.  That is unless they left with all the other rats.

I am Scott Shaw's little brother & I know from first hand experience that he didn't rip anybody off!  The individuals that filed this report were spammers off Craigslist, I know this because I post his Craigslist ad, the majority of Craigslist users are cheap & want something for nothing, you would be hard pressed to get just one legitimate customer by posting there.  Craigslist is a haven for spammers, (I get about 25 spams daily & just delete them, especially that digg.com garbage)these so called advertising agencys prey upon people desperate for work in this terrible economy.  99.9% of the replies from Craiglist are spam.  The person that contacted my brother offered his services, which were neglegible to say the least, no bills were sent, no contract was signed.  Because my brother said he was interested, the agent took it upon himself to print up several flyers of some sort, then called demanding payment.  My brother never saw a single flyer, let alone a whole stack of them and he never recieved any calls for tree work, as a result of this organization!  He recieved nothing but harassing phone calls.  This harassment was going on while my brother's working, driving to jobs ect.  Scott, not being the patient sort when it comes to obnoxious individuals on the phone, had me remove his Craiglist ad.  Instead I just changed the information on his ad so the spammers can't get to him.  Now I've set him with Craigslist/Bunnyslist/Backpage plus a webpage & have him listed with several different search engines, I was also able to make him his own webpage and all off the internet for free.  I mean I could understand if this advertising agent was out putting the flyers on doors for him, but Scott didn't recieve squatt!  Those people are just mad because they have worthless jobs, selling stuff that no wants or even asks for.  They probably work for commision only, which would explain why he felt the need to rub my brothers good name through the dirt.  He is honest to a fault & has never stolen a dime from anyone, always does great work, has excellant references and takes care of his wife and baby girl.
