She Link Rcvd product from co. Size so FAR OFF. tried to contact but no response. Form to use online will not take the order number they gave me. Says invalid. Cannot return without a ticket number bur need correct order number to do so. Company does not respond. Want a refund. Want return procedues. If no contact from them I will go to Better Business Bureau, my State Attorney General and stop payment with my bank. Internet

Ordered product. Size so far off from what stated. Provided with an order number that must be used for return to to get a ticket number. Can't return without ticket number. Their form for return tells me my order number that they provided is invalid. Cannot get company to respond to me. Want a refund. No clue where to send it since product came from China. No invoice provided with package.
