First of all, sorry for my English but I am Dutch person living in Holland.

We have bought their product (Mailing List Manager Pro Gold)  for 165,65 on 15 December 2011 on their website http://www.mailing-manager.com After trying it for a couple of days, we were not happy with how things worked so wanted a refund. Easily said than spoken we guess.

On their website, they say you have a 100% 30-day money back guarantuee, no questions asked. Well, its been 2 months now and we still did not receive our money back. The amount is 165,65. We received a credit invoice (nr. 400453975) but we did not receive any refund!

They tell you that they have transferred the money but they are lyers.

Our contact person was John Hudson john@shedix.com from Shedix (http://www.shedix.com). Dont do business with this company!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SHEDIX. THEY ARE SCAM!

Alex Krakovsky from Shedix is a fraud and scam. BEWARE: Shedix does not pay refund!

Pathetic!

Unfortunately, these guys from Shedix made me so angry and frustrated that I wrote that email to that man. I agree that it was very low. But it was partly just an act in order for them to pay their refund.

I was not going to let them get away with it. They would just not pay my refund. They only sent me a credit invoice telling me that the refund ( 165,65) was made on 6th february 2012. On 21 February 2012, I was still waiting for my money. I sent them 40 emails about where my refund was. At the end I told them that I would write several negative reviews on their scam company called www.mailing-manager.com. That would not help either. They only told me the same excuse over and over and over again. The same excuse that they paid the refund on 6 February but we did not receive a dime, not a penny!

Yesterday, I decided to check on Google if there were some bad reviews on this company. I just ticked ""Shedix scam"" and I saw a couple of negatieve reviews on RipoffReport and Hotscripts.com. After I wrote a negative review yesterday on this site, then everybody at Shedix seemed awake and finally decided to refund me. Hallelluya!! But instead of handling this professionally this Alex Krakovsky character from the Oekraine accuses me that I have ''extorted'' him of paying us via Paypal?!! I didnt even want them to pay us via Paypal. Enclosed you find email from me that I would not accept a payment before they would show me a bankstatement. Like I am a New York gangster, extorting people for 165,65 LOL.

But this guy Krakovsky (alex@shedix.com) persisted and finally paid me the $199 through PayPal. After he did that I figured that case was closed. But case was not closed to this man. Krakovsky pertinently wanted me to remove the review on this site. I told him no because he keeps accusing me of extorting him for double refunds.

He persists till this day that they paid us twice. But he could never show me a bankstatement that Shedix transferred me the 165,65 to our bankaccount. He can not show a bankstatement because there is no bankstatement. The only ''bankstatement'' he shows is a credit invoice. He thinks that that is the same as a bankstatement LOL.

I repeat to everybody who is not satisfied with their product: do not try to get a refund because that would be impossible. You will not get it! It took only brutal force and guerrilla psychology from me to achieve our goal and refund. I am happy that we took our money back.

Dear friends,

This client Mr Erkin Altan Oksay is the true psychopathic. His review is untrue.

He forced us to refund his order TWICE! He used unbelievable and real EXTORTION to do it. We refunded his order on February 6, 2012 to his bank account (see documents attached). Soon he started hassle on us that he didn't receive refund. Originally we tried to help him and trace bank transfer for him. It takes time. However he didn't want to wait any single minute and forced us to pay to his PayPal account again.

That's what we had to do today! I attach copy of the SECOND payment to his paypal account. Now he had stolen $199 from us.

Once again I assure everybody we provide fast and friendly support from beginning till the end.

I never wish anyone to deal with Mr Erkin Altan Oksay and his company iMedia XL. I find his business behavior unethical. Stay away. Think twice.

I also attach ONE of his numerous emails to us. I apologize for his rudeness but that's he act.

Dear friends,

This story is kind of back joke from Mr Altan Oksay and his company iMedia XL. Mr Altan ordered our software and asked for refund soon. We approved his refund right away and soon payment was sent back on February 06, 2012.

Soon we received his complain that he didn't receive funds yet. I assure you we always replied fast to all his requests and tried to help him to track his refund. He paid our reseller ShareIt payment company and he was paid back the same payment method. Not understanding what's going on we communicated with ShareIt and they confirmed several times that payment was made on February 06, 2012 (this review published on February 21) and that client should check it with his bank.

After that Mr Altan Oksay started to hassle us to refund again to his paypal account. We insisted that we should find out what happened to his original refund since funds left our account. Then Mr Altan promised to file negative review if we will not send another payment to his paypal account right now.

It looks to me that he wanted to get another payment of $199 from us. His emails were full of unethical words and VERY hard hassle.

I attach refund confirmation that proves we did paid him back on time. Also correspondence will prove we always replied on time and assisted him with all his requests with all the respect. I believe our service was good.
