Sheilisia Hickmon Bad Tenant, Section 8, Liar, Disrespectful, Filthy Houston, Texas

I rented my townhouse to Sheilisia Hickmon. She was on Section 8 Housing, however she was dropped due to the numerous people she had living in the townhouse and lying about rent amounts. Her so called brother whom was really her boyfriend got in my mother's face when she showed up due the fact that the rent hadn't been paid in months. He tried to fight her and afterwards we had to evict her and her son. When she moved out, she punched holes in the walls, caused water damage, broke windows and threw urine in the refrigerator and freezer. Do not rent to this person.
