Sheldeez Made order on 19 February Still have received nothing!! Herndon Virginia

On February 19, 2008 I made an order from sheldeez.com, this was my second time ordering from them and although my first order was slow, I just knew that this one would be faster. Wrong. At the end of February, I decided to call and check on my order. I was told that it had just been mailed the day before and the second order I had placed wasn't going out until the following day because there were some items on back order. I was told that I shouldn't have received a message about the back order items (I never did). So I waited another week still nothing, finally I called to check my order again. I was told that the first box didn't go out until the 4th of March!! and that the second box still had not went out yet...Called again was given a customs number that said the second box went out on the 11th of March..

Waited again, still nothing. Called a few days ago and was told that the box my first order was in busted and that they had to send the box to Sheldeez and it went out again on the 27th of March. I still haven't received the one from the 11th of March and if it was sent priority it would be here by now. They do not contact customers as they should, they have done nothing to try and compensate me for all this trouble. I have a feeling that I still won't be getting my stuff... I've already been looking for someone else who can supply my mizani supplies...
