shelifetime.com FAKE PRODUCT SEND (LF609), NOT SHOWN ONE SEND(LT1204)

I ordered LT1204 on this website www.shelifetime.com with an amount of 62,5$ price. But today 13.01.2020 at 16.40 local time of Turkey I got a package from them, but the item is not correct as shown on thier website, They send me the one with a model number  LF609. 

It is shown with a gimbal axis camera, but I got a fixed ordinary camera one, They are showing a control unit on it an LCD screen, but I got a controller unit but there is no screen on it, I attached the photos that I said the problems.  

Finally, I want to give it back to them but I can't find the way how to do it. Because their service@shelifetime.com e-mail address isn't working, I send them an e-mail but I got a message DELIVERY STATUS NOTIFICATION (FAILURE).   

As a summary;

1. Please sent to me what can I do  and how to I get the posting full address for the item to be given back. 2. Plesse inform me the correct way to give it back the item

3. Please inform me how to get my money back

4. If they will sent the correct one as they mentioned in their website, I don't want the money back, I want to own a correct one with all features that is on the web site shown. 

Please answer my questions and response ASAP     I really want to inform community for fake sells and not mentioned items on the website www.shelifetime.com
