I thought this was a Georgia lottery site. I doubt that this complaint will do any good but, here goes. The Shell food mart in lawrenceville,GA at 901 oakland rd are only allowing purchases with cash only. sounds like they are hiding their money from uncle Sam.

I'm a manager at a station. our company policy is cash only for lottery/lotto. also money orders. same goes for shell gift cards, but we do allow shell credit. the company is not hiding money from uncle sam. they take plenty of it. silly reports like this are only written because the author is uneducated. just ask for the number to corporate before you go blasting them.

Where I live it is illegal to sell or purchase lottery on plastic of any kind. A silly law to try to prevent people gambling on debt.
Most retailers routinely ignore this silly law, but it is still a law.
Is Georgia that way?
