Shelley Ruffino is running an illegal unlicensed kennel in the State of Texas.  Texas law requires she be licensed and post her license number on every posted ad she makes.  She has scammed several out of puppies leaving them high and dry without money or puppy.  Please help stop Shelley Ruffino by reporting her to the Texas Kennel Board for operating an unlicensed kennel.
