Shengkai Rosewe Knowingly sent wrong size Shanghai Shanghai

My name is Damien Kirksey and my daughter ordered from what we thought was rosewe clothing but found out it was from shengkai clothing and everything that they do is just awful.

There is no way to email them about sending the item back I paid just over 50 bucks for the dress and now they want me to spend 26 dollars to send it back I think it is awful the way the consumer has to be responsible when the item is in correct I think the company should be responsible for returning the item.
