Shenoa And Co. ripoff, havenot refunded money as of aug 29 2006, diamond fraud, flawed diamond NewYork New York

I was asking about a diamond Shenoa had listed on ebay item number 120018394991.They told me it was one of a kind, and they only had one, but had another setting if I wanted another sized diamond. The diamond was described as follows:

Round brilliant cut Diamond 1.25 CT in the center.
- Color: E
- Clarity: SI-1
6 Baguette cut Diamonds 0.30 CT and 42 Round brilliant cut Diamonds 0.35 CT total weight on sides.
- Color: F
- Clarity: VS-2
- Setting: 18 K White Gold
- Weight: 5.3 g
- Size: 6 3/4 (Re-Sizable)

I told them I would give them $2,820 delivered. They said they would take it.

When I got the ring, they obviously either changed the middle diamond as it was not an E color or a VS2 clarity. I could clearly see an inclusion in the diamond at arms length with the naked eye.
That is not a VS2 grade. Then I saw that they were trying to sell the same diamond over again, which proves they switched diamonds on me for this flawed diamond I just paid $2,820 for.

I quickly asked for a refund, and all they did was give me the run around.
I then sent the diamond back the same day at my expense, and that was on aug 22. They still have not refunded my money as of Aug 29 2006.

When I sent them a message stating that I would tell everyone about my bad experience, they said they would send their lawyer after me.

That is when I knew I had to warn others about my experience, and that they took my money, and as of now, not refunded it. That is fraud in my book. They also tried to sell me a diamond as a VS2 and it had a clear mark in the middle that could easily be seen from arms length away.

Beware everyone, these guys are not honest in my experience. I will still fight to get my money back as I have also filed a complaint with the credit card company and the atty general will be next.
