I purchased some macbook laptop screen assemblies from this company on Alibaba. Transaction went ok all good and everyone happy. Then the problems started when installing screens in customers laptops they would fail and I would take it as a return.
Speaking to Wendy Li who is the owner she told me to send them back and they will be replaced. I packed up 6 x screen assembly and sent them back, she acknowledged receipt of the package and would let me know. That is the last I have heard from her, she now ignores any messages or Emails, I have no recourse via Alibaba as the 30 days have expired and this business will not honour the warranty.
Buyer Beware not an honest or reliable business.
