Forgot to add a note: I received this privacy notice 2 weeks after we hired an attorney, after I've sent all companies cease & desist letters. My attorney is going to have fun on this one as they all signed the delivery confimation/certified receipt. Make your envelope look like a payment, they'll sign off on it any time. Little way to feel better while under attack from non existent debt.
