Shihab Law - Gus Shihab Fraudulent billing Unknowledgeable Over priced ripoff Columbus Ohio

My name is Gus M. Shihab and I am co-founder of Shihab & Associates, Co., LPA. I have more than 16 years of experience as an attorney and I enjoy a high attorney rating for ethical competent performance of the legal profession. I am also a member of the elite litigation lawyers who achieved excellence in the practice of law: "the Multi-million Dollar Advocates Forum."

The report filed herein is intended to injure my reputation and it is filed by a fictitious client fraudulently disguised by the name Ashok. First of all, there is no such place as Haverford, Connecticut as far as I know as I have personally researched this matter extensively. Second the person filing this report uses the name Ashok; we have searched our firm records and we do not have any person with this name who resides in Connecticut. Finally, the report is slanderous in nature and contains no substantive information whatsoever about the person actual experience. There is no story no claim of ever working with me or my firm.

In conclusion, this person filed this report for the sole purpose to injure my professional reputation. As stated, the city where this person claims to reside DOS NOT EXIST, the person does not claim to have ever worked with our firm, does not contain any substantive information relative to any bad experience, and finally does not exist in our databases.

My name is Yasir and I have been a client of Shihab & Associates for more than 6 years now. The firm filed several applications with USCIS during this time. As far as I can remember, there were two H1B cases, one H1 transfer and an application for permanent residency. Since filing on a timely basis was of utmost importance to me, that is why I always trusted the best name in Columbus, Shihab and Associates. They are professional and very much proactive.

The online portal through which I have always communicated with them along with frequent phone calls to their office, is so helpful. The good thing is my information is constantly updated in their system and the process is so simple and easy, that I find it very hard to believe any of Mr.Ashok's comments above regarding Gus Shihab and/or his staff.

The fee Gus's firm charge is very much in line with other immigration lawyers. However, the service, counseling, and a personal touch you get from his firm is way above what you get for your money at other firms. Getting one's application approved is not the only thing an immigration lawyer should focus on. He or she should be able to guide you step by step and make you feel secure too.

All my work authorizations were approved and my green card should be with me within 6 months.

It is very easy to disfigure someone, their business and career without proper evidence. It is very unfair to do so. I have known Gus Shihab for quite some time now, 7 years approximately. He has handled my case through a consulting firm in Columbus. He is very professional in what he does and as far as cost is concerned I won't debate that as there could be many who might charge less than him but then you get what you pay for and Gus does provide a top quality service and he is reasonable when it comes to the cost of his service. I had my case filed twice through him and never had any problems. I went back from US to Pakistan in 2005 for good. In 2008 I had an opportunity to file again through a potential employer and I contacted Gus who started to work on my case without getting any payment upfront as he trusted me blindly without meeting me ever (I never met Gus while I was in Columbus and I only talked to him on phone). After working on my case for few days my potential employers couldn't continue and had to close the case. Gus was not worried about the payment I owed to him for the work done and was ready to let it go if I didn't want to pay. I requested Gus to accept the payment and he gave me a reasonable figure and didn't charge me for his e-mail consultations. In past I had done e-mail consultation from Gus and he never asked me for any compensation. He has always given me the correct and best advise possible under specific circumstances. If I have to file again I would definitely use Gus's services again.

Few years ago, I was a client of Shihab & Associates as a company and of Gus Shihab as an attorney. I very much find it extremely hard to believe that Mr. Ashok's comments and complaint against Shihab to be valid. I strongly request Mr. Ashok to provide hard evidence and proof establishing validation of his accusations. Otherwise, Mr. Ashok's complaint is a hoax and a room for great deception against a great law firm.

His prices were reasonable reflecting good client support and outstanding service.

The comments listed in Mr. Ashok's complaint report sound very invalid. I would highly suggest that Mr. Ashok provides solid evidence and proof to such accusations. Otherwise, I do believe that Mr. Ashok's report is a hoax and a strong deception against this great company.

This godless person tries to be a faithful muslim but is a scumbag lawyer, who makes money off immigrants by scaring them even more . His tactic is to scare the crap out of you, so you can hurry and just pay him to do your case asap. Gus shihab calls himself a muslim but hes a kaafir, sob who will take advantage of you as soon as you show any weakness. He is very over priced and worthless
