1. no confirmation email of order, nor any communication of shipping.
2. the product is terrible quality
3. they have one way to contact for anything but do not respond at all.
4. finally got a response via fb messenger.
5. They refuse to issue a return/refund unless I pay them an additional $35 for freight to china (for bathing suits??, origianally shipped from CA)
6. I tried to explain that they should take the $35 from my refund, their response was
" why should we pay for the freight on returning goods, You chose the wrong size that is not our fault" what???
7. I believe this is a fraudulent company and they would absolutely just disappear if I were to stupidly give them an additional $35.
