Received a very authentic looking check in the mail from the "North American Gaming Commission" Claiming I had won a prize and to call a number before depositing the check. The check is drawn on an account at Southwest Bank in Dallas Texas for a company called "Shippers Choice Inc" also located in Dallas. The amount of the check is a predictable $4,922.00. I read other reports of this scam... almost identical.

The envelope was mailed from Canada.

I will not call the number, nor will I deposit the check as this is obviously a scam.

Hopefully someone, somewhere is looking into this and will catch and prosecute these people.
