Ordered a heated vest and extra battery packs. The item sent was not the correct size - ordered an XL vest and was sent what appears to be a Small size. Unable to contact the company (Shipping Department) as there was no invoice included with the order, no instructions on how to return item for refund, no listing of email address to be able to get in touch with the company, no phone number listed on packaging. I assume from the writing on the outer packaging the item came from overseas. The return address lists only "Shipping Dept Dept.CA 5215 S Boyle Ave Vernon, CA 90058. Unable to get a company listing for that address via internet search. Need to a refund as the sizes listed are obviously not "American" sizes. They are more like children sizes.

Sent an email and still they are not responding to my request. Need some help please. The USPS Label indicated Address: 5215 S. Boyle Ave, Ca 90058. Not sure if this is the address to return the two bras I purchased.
Below is the only communication so far thru email:

If you do, please let me know the real measurement of your underbust (e.g. 33 inches) and your regular bra cup (e.g. DD): NOTE: No need to take picture of yourself with the bra on Please help me understand the situation better so that I can give further advice.
