Shirtmagic Internet

 I placed an order for 70 shirts as I am running a marathon and raising money for a charity, the shirts are coming out of my own expenses. The order was over $400...which is fair. The shirts arrived timely and look great. However when I walked to my front door the box was not sealed,it was wide open and a shirt on the top was stained. It happened to be very windy that day and I noticed there was not an invoice, so I was concerned that my receipt with payment information was blowing around somewhere. I contacted Jessica at shirtmagic the next day and attached a photo of the damaged shirt. I asked for a replacement shirt in the same size or a refund for the one shirt, I also asked about the invoice. I was told they would not refund me because when the package leaves the warehouse it is sealed and inspected, so it is not their responsibility that the box was opened. I was also shocked when she told me that they don't include invoices, so I "didn't have to worry" . Jessica told me that I could repurchase another shirt and pay for shipping as well. It is one shirt, it makes more sense for me to eat the cost, but it it the principle and poor customer service that has me upset and annoyed.
