Francisco and Juan Herrera agreed to do the plans for a remodel on my parents house. Took a $720 deposit, then went radio silent and has not come back, has not done the work and refuses to refund the money. Three months later, still won't return calls, won't give us our money and won't do the work. Criminal behavior. About at all costs.

my name is Juan Carlos Herrera I'm the owner of SHL Engineering, this accusation is not true, I'dont have any clients in this situation I would like an appoligy, if not, Im considering taking charges agaisnt this person
