1.  Failed to deliver my full-sized mattress.

2.  Delivered me someone else's king-sized mattress.

3.  Opened and used my audio equipment while in transit.

4.  Audio amplifier had been boxed in original manufacturer provided box; when delivered to me, was in a generic box without the foam padding.

5.  Audio speakers arrived damaged, requiring repair.

6.  Dresser and media console furniture arrived damaged, requiring replacement.

7.  Furniture and audio equipment arrived superficially damaged.

Estimated damages of approximately $3,550.
