Shoe Doctor Wayne Baker Claimed to have fixed and then lost a pair of boots Bristol Virginia

Took a pair of HD boots to them For a simple repair 7/21/15. They asked for payment up front of 108.00$. Went to pick them Up and they claim they can't find them now There have been several other customers That have lost their items to them. The local Authorities will not do anything to help. Short Of going to small claims court, they said there was nothing they could do. The owner has actually taken One customers receipt and tore it up in front of her Telling her she had no proof now.
