Shop4tech.com Did not refund returned merchandise after they said they would Montclair California
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased DVD,s from this company, they said they would work in my computer, they did not so I called and Steve said to send them back and I would be refunded, at that time I ordered others to replace the ones that did not work.
After 4 weeks of asking where my refund was they said they did receive the DVD's and would refund me the money but never did, I was then told to talk to Allen but I only was able to reach his voice mail I left 3 messages over a 2 week period, never got a response!
