I've made a few purchases through Evine (now ShopHQ) over the last few months--my most recent being a $300 Chromebook. However, they have run a hard inquiry on my credit which has impacted my score. If I had known, I would've just ordered from elsewhere or at the very least signed up for their credit account. From what I can gather, they'll run your credit on anything over around $250 on their value pay plans so BEWARE!

I wrote their customer service and asked if it could be removed from my report and they said no. It wasn't clear to me that they would run my credit since I wasn't signing up for their credit account nor did it ask for my SSN# or give me any impression that my credit would be run.
