On July 2, 2008 I ordered a Farouk Chi Ceramic Iron. I paid with a debit card. The money was taken from my account but I never received the merchandise. I emailed them twice giving them my order number and shipping information. I also called their 888# and left messages asking someone to call me. I have never gotten any response nor the flat iron. It has been 26 days since they got their money when I placed the order. What a rip off.
