Shop.Ladder is a phony, fraudulent entity. If you place an order with Sears or Sears.com, Sears will give the order to Shop.Ladder, which has no website or address. Then Shop.Laddr will defraud you by not shipping the irtems ordered, and Sears + Sears.com will wash teir hands of the order, and keep your charges. BEWARE SHOP.LADDER, the fake division of SEARS and SEARS.COM.
