ShopMags people are liars! They never intended to get the magazine subscriptions. Then they said that my payment was refunded (of course she was lying). Now they say they need my credit card number to check the credit card payment refund!
WARNING: Stay away from shopmags.com and other ripoff sites by Aunt Bonnie such as Landofmags.com and Magselection.com.
Shame on you Aunt Bonnie!

When a company like ours, deals with tens of thousands of customers, of course not everyone is going to be happy. The same is true with IBM, Microsoft, AT&T, GM, etc. All these giants of industry have complaints against them.
The truth of the matter is however, that we have been in business for 30 years and we must be doing something right. We are providing our customers with some of the lowest possible magazine subscription prices, and we do in fact provide excellent customer service. Since we don't send out the magazines ( they come from the publishers directly ) we are going to have an occasional problem, but we do everything possible to resolve those problems quickly and correctly. All our customers either get their magazines or they get a full refund. On rare occasions customers have waited longer than the advertised time to get their first issue to start, but in the vast majority of time, magazines arrive before the twelve week period.
