I purchased a laptop computer and a $189 extended warranty. They say the plan covers "even those caused by normal wear and tear". A little coffee was spilled on the keyboard and 5 or 6 keys stick. Their warranty company refused to handle it.
I feel I got "snookered", because I did not read the fine print.
Just beware when you purchase anything that has a warranty from them.

I hardly see spilling cofee into the keyboard as normal wear and tear. Please don't give companies a bad name because of user neglect.
