I ordered a nintendo game system with 500 games on December 3, 2018. I received confirmation the order was placed and I would receive an email with tracking information.

I never received tracking information. I have emailed every email address the company has listed 5+ times.

I have tried calling the company several times, no matter what option you press you are redirected to only contact them by email. They took my money on Dec. 3 2018, it is now January 15, 2019. I have never received my merchandise. I have never been contacted.
