Shoppers Drug Mart (Mr. Louis Chiu, Pharmacy Owner) This Shoppers Drug Mart Location Banned Me For No Legitimate Reason! Toronto Ontario

Since December of 2020, I started working within walking distance from the Shoppers Drug Mart Location of: 292 Dupont Street, Toronto, Ontario  Canada  M5R 1V9  (416) 972-0232.   Honestly, I did Not start shopping there until around February of 2021 and gave them business both in the retail and pharmacy sectors.   I have Not had any problems with the store itself except that I did have some issues with my PC Optimum Card Not Working which were eventually solved and the Only Other Issue that I had was sometimes when I tried to call the store and speak with the pharmacy department, I would get a Busy Signal which is Not Normal When Contacting Shoppers Drug Mart since None Of The Store Other Locations Have The Same, Exact Issue!  

Yes, I did complain about it because I was trying to get a prescription filled and I am more than sure that other customers were experiencing periodic, unnecessary busy signals too when calling up the main phone number of the store.   Moving Right Along:  Back on Wednesday, March 17th, 2021, when my Doctor from the hospital called in the prescription to be filled for me at that specific Shoppers Drug Mart Location, he then contacted me back to tell me that the store was Not Able To Fill It and he did Not Know Why and neither did I.     My doctor told ME that he would send it over to another Shoppers Drug Mart Location and during the process of having it go from one (1) Shoppers Drug Mart to another, I decided to contact the Shoppers Drug Mart that was Not Able And/Or Willing To Fill Up The Prescription To Find Out What Was Going On!  

I thought that they just did Not Have The Prescription In Stock, but that was Not The Case!  Somebody from the Pharmacy Said That I Have Been Banned From The Store Without A Reason Given!   If it is for Making Out Legitimate Complaints, then that is Beyond Discriminatory, Racist, Bigoted And Totally Ludicrous!   I did absolutely Nothing To Deserve This Abuse and I was a Very Good Customer!   I Totally Believe that Mr. Louis Chiu, the Pharmacist Owner made out this Disgusting Decision because he does Not Like Certain Types Of People and He Hates Being Emailed from His Customers as well, but he especially Hates Receiving Legitimate Complaints which should be a part of his job, regardless!  

I guess he Only Cares About Money and Not His Good, Honest Customers!   Because of his most recent Negative Actions Against His Totally Innocent Customer, I had to go Out Of My Way to the North York General Hospital's Pharmacy to get My Prescription Filled!   No Problem!   I have a Zero (0) Tolerance for Abusive Persons in the Business World and Mr. Louis Chiu, the Pharmacy Owner Who Made Out This Very Poor Business Decision Happens To Be One (1) Of Them!   Final Thoughts:  Thankfully, there are many other Pharmacies To Get Prescriptions Filled At and his is Not The Only One (1)!  

I am making sure that My Negative Review On Both The Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy And Especially The Pharmacy Owner, Mr. Louis Chiu are published on Major Social Media Websites so that his customers and other customers out there Know How I Was Mistreated And Abused By Him For Invalid and/or Illegitimate Reasons which I May Never Know About!   I Just Wonder How Many Other Customers Mr. Louis Chiu, The Pharmacy Owner Has Done This To As Well Besides ME?   Thank you.
